1 Second stopped working!

I’ve been using the free 1 second for 4 months now, taking a picture of my boyfriend and I every day and I was going to use it as an anniversary gift to him but now it won’t let me add any more photos without paying a monthly or forever fee. Some of the photos I don’t have saved on my phone because they were saved on the app and there is no way to save the photos that have been uploaded to 1 second so I’m really sad my gift isn’t going to work and not sure what to do. I had no idea I’d only have a limited time to use the free version. I was content with just being able to upload a picture and not a 2 or longer clip and not have music because it was such an easy app but I’m very disappointed it stopped working and definitely won’t be recommending the app to anyone.

1 Star for 1 Second

I downloaded 1 Second to document my experiences during my first year of college. It only let me add up to three weeks of photos until it prompted me to upgrade to continue adding media. I paid for a yearly subscription. However, this changed nothing within the app, and it still prompts me to upgrade to continue. I was fine with only being able to upload a 1-second clip as opposed to a 2- or 3-second one, but this is just frustrating. Upon trying to contact the app developer about this issue, the site leads me to a blank page with no contact information. My only option left now is to delete this app and use a different one.

Pls refund my money

I bought this because I felt like the other 1sec everyday app was too expensive but I wish I would have gone with the other one now. This one is seems like if it were properly working that’d it’d be easy to use, however, it hasn’t worked once!! I cant see any of my video or photo choice for any day except for here and there. And I cant find a way to contact the company to ask for help or a refund. Complete scam and a complete waste of money. This should be illegal. Highway robbery to charge $7 bucks per month and you don’t get to use the product at all!
