Cannot use the app

I purchased a yearly subscription to this app. It was working fine, then all of a sudden it stopped working. It keeps taking me back to the sign up screen. I hit restore, it says Iβm restored I got to add a habit and it takes me right back to purchase. Just a big circle. I emailed support with no reply. Contacted apple for a refund. Not worth it.
