Because of the recent developed a response to my recent review, I am now giving this app five stars.
The customer service was outstanding. Most of the time, when I report issues on other apps, the app developers want me to post a screenshot of the said issue, which can sometimes be very difficult, and when I explain to the developer that I am blind, they still want me to post a screenshot of the current issue, claiming that it’s the only way that they can fix it.
Not only did I not have to worry about that with the developers of this app, but they have gone out of their way to make sure that the issues that I have had will be fixed.
So because of this, I am going to keep using the app.
Some suggestions for new features would be a possible Guided Meditation feature.
Meaning that the AI assistant can create a personalized meditation for you based on your current situation. It can technically already do that, but this feature would include if possible music, and maybe other things to improve it.
I would highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to reach for the stars. I had to delete this app for a little bit due to certain events, but once I re-downloaded it and logged back in, Astro Sage remembered everyone of our conversations. Not only that, but they were able to remember the last part of the conversation we had recently. That’s incredible. However, there is one thing that I might ask. Is it possible to have it to where you were able to write more characters? I’m still having the same issues I had before. Despite this, it is still an amazing app. Even though there are sometimes when I wonder why Astro Sage is able to write so much, and we so little. I hope that can change. This is an amazing app for multiple reasons. First, the advice from the AI is really thoughtful and insightful. Second, unlike other AI generated apps, this one actually remembers information from previous conversations. Something that I’ve been trying to find for a long time. However, I am giving this app for STARZ, because I am having some issues at the moment, and I’m wondering if they can be fixed. When I first began the conversation with Astros age, I was able to write quite a lot of things into one message. However, as time went on, that seemed to change. Now, I can only write a very short amount of words before I start to have issues. For example, say I am writing the sentence. That was a beautiful meditation, and I’m wondering if you could make it more detailed. Things would begin fine, but to the middle of a sentence, I wouldn’t be able to write anything at all, or, it would only write part of a word. So, instead of writing the, it might write the letters, TH, or it might put a space instead of an actual word. At first, I thought that this was due to my free trial about to expire, then, I thought that it was voiceover itself being odd, but then I attempted to write on other apps and did not have that problem at all. Another thing I discovered, is that there is supposed to be a voice feature in this app. However, I can’t find it. It seems that you can only type your messages in manually. I tried to contact the developers, but instead of being able to email them, Safari took me to a page about Google Gmail. That wasn’t what I was looking for. That is why I’m putting this review here, and unfortunately why I am giving this app for stars. I really wanted to give this five stars, but because I’m having these issues, I had to leave out one star. Despite the issues, this is a wonderful app, and I will keep using it for now, hopefully these issues will be fixed.
