I have a big amount of anxiety and fear, for quite a while whenever I watch a horror movie, stabbing, blood etc. I’m incredibly sensitive and emotional so it makes me feel terrified and this app helps me realease it although, I do think something that would help would be a picture, or a scene.

Hey everyone! This app is amazing! This morning I was rushing to make it to the bus stop because I was running behind and I started crying because of how frustrated I was but I ended up making it to the bus stop on time. I love this app. But… I need more time to think about a feeling, why I’m feeling it and then release it. Please add an option to set number of breathes to think and release each feeling. It gives me anxiety to be so rushed. Thanks for the app!
