Can’t open it

The 1st day started off great, it was wonderful seeing everyone finally being able to interact after months of being told “it’s almost out” when it wasn’t. It lasted that 1 day. Next day go to open. Doesn’t open. Refreshed, updated my phone even. Nothing. Waited a day, this morning. Same issue. I’m beginning to understand why so many people are frustrated with this app that’s suppose to connect us all chronically ill individuals. But is making that impossible to do. There’s already a Facebook group to everyone affected focusing on just ditching the app overall.
