I tried to book an international round-trip flight through this app. My payment did not go through and the booking was cancelled. This happened twice. I called customer support. They told me they cannot do anything for me but wait for the money to be returned to my bank account. They were not clear that their customer service number is NOT toll free. That 15 minute phone call cost $50. I will be booking through another site since this was a waste of my money.

Do not use this app. They book the flights with a separate credit card than the one you give them on file so they can cancel the day of your trip and say it was “fraud”. When you call customer service they barely speak english and you get charged a lot of money for international call time. It’s unfortunately a scam that’s pretty common. STAY AWAY!!
Terrible do not book or down load. They can’t help you at all and take your money back

Terrible when it comes to booking with them. They cannot understand what you are saying. Confused about everything. At the end they missed up on my name and now they won’t fix it. They keep asking for documents only to tell you they cannot help.
