I accidentally logged into an account that I don’t listen to my music on, and it won’t let me out of it. I’ve tried hitting the log out button but every time you log in it doesn’t give you an option which account you want to use.

they charge you 9$ just to tell you after you paid that it takes 30 days and 20 minutes of setup to get “premium “ stats

Ever since I downloaded Trackify I was excited to track my music, but Trackify was not working at all.

It said I have 22 hours listening when I’m positive I’ve spent 100s of hours listening this year. Many other stats were inaccurate also.

It used to be great, a little inaccurate and buggy, but still a good app. Now I’m locked out and can’t get back in. I double checked that my password was right and tried logging in with my email and username. When I tried to change my password with Spotify, it said I can’t change it to my current password, so I have no idea what’s going on. No matter what I do, there’s an error on their end and It it says something is incorrect. It also says my Google account isn’t connected to my Spotify account, even though I sign in with Google to get into Spotify. Hopefully this will be fixed and my stats will still be saved. On another note, why can’t I see my stats from before I got Trackify ? I know it’s possible so why aren’t they counted? I got Trackify partially through the year, so I hope that’s not when my Spotify wrapped starts tracking from.

Please fix your bugs and consider adding a bit more to the free version. Thank you.

This is a pretty good app, but it’s a pain to transfer Spotify data from before you downloaded Trackify . Also, the payment isn’t really necessary.

Best Spotify tracking app ever made💯!!

I had a friend recommended this to me near the start of February 2024, and I have loved it. All of the basic features are free, like listening time, songs played, top songs etc. Unlike Spotify’s Wrapped, you can see how much time you have spent listening since you started using Spotify. If you would like to go premium is a one time purchase, and it’s cheap (about 5 US dollars). Trackify is basically Spotify Wrapped which you can access anytime.

I love tracking and have been using it on the website for multiple months but just switched to Trackify . When i did so i also purchased the premium version, but when this happened all of my stats were lost, it says i only have 11 hours total listening time which is not true by any means. Not sure what happened but I still enjoy Trackify and am sure it will be resolved so 5 stars for this app.
