Won’t accept my Spotify account as many times as I say accept

i went to put in my spotify account information and it kept saying i had the wrong password which i knew i didn’t so i went in through the google account connected to my account and it said that google account was not connected to a spotify account and i went back and forth like that for a bit before i finally gave in and changed my password and it still didn’t work and said incorrect so i reset Receiptify didn’t work so i deleted and reinstalled Receiptify and still didn’t work

Receiptify used to be so cool, but now they want people to pay for it?? really?? i had deleted it just a few weeks ago for more storage on my phone, then decided to re-download it, just to find that Receiptify i loved was suddenly filled with nonstop ads and trying to sell me a subscription. screw that.

You have to pay for almost all the features. It practically isn’t worth it in my opinion.. HOWEVER if you do pay I think it’s okay, just not worth the price. I’m pretty sure you can find free websites to show your stats, the only feature you wouldn’t have is the receipt but whatever..

idk who yall think u r makin us pay just to look at our recent or top artists. i just don’t understand why i need to subscribe literally just to see my recently played… waste of time and ads pop up every 2 seconds. was sm better before makin us pay subscription.

So, I would like to really use Receiptify and love it, but, when I connect my Spotify, and it scans, it shows me my top songs for the year, then after the screen just freezes. I can’t get past the screen, and I tried closing Receiptify and reopening and even deleting it and redownloading it, but it’s still not working. Please fix this?

It was good for a while until they decided to have ads every time I switch between artists and songs. I don’t even mind the ads part because I know it’s a good financial decision on their end to capitalize on their app’s popularity since a lot of people use it to track their Spotify stats, but at least let me x out of the ad when it tells me I’m able to. They deliberately put the x button right by the very most corner of my phone, almost above my battery percent sign so I can’t actually get out of it. That’s just not fair and I’ll be using a different stats tracker until they fix that.

Many of my top songs if not most are songs that I only just came up on a playlist once recently that I haven’t even listened to in months. How are those random songs my top songs???

It was pretty good until this new update where you can’t escape the top 5 summary screen. After the little slide show is over it’s stuck on that? Idk if it’s a bug or that’s just how Receiptify is but I’d give it four stars if it went back to normal
