Defective app

Several complaints but the biggest complaint is that the app doesn’t play through. It stops and skips which completely defeats the purpose of the the app.
I’m also suspecting that it’s read via AI since the pronounciation of certain words seem off and the voice is… too mechanical.
I’ve tried other summary apps and all have been better than this one by a mile. Shortform is my favorite and if I plan on getting on a paid summary app, that would be my top choice.
Not working

I paid for the year. My app is blank. I have no books, I have no choices and I can’t make choices. I wrote the support and I have not had a response. It worked for two books. I was on the third and as they say….crickets because I have access to nothing. HELP!!!
I have sent more than one request for this app to be fixed. I have sent images of what I see…which is nothing. I should be given my funds back if I cannot use the app. Especially since I paid a year.
Please fix or refund.

Not everyone has always been able to read to themselves and understand.. I’ve totally struggle my entire life. The last 15 yrs maybe the audio started kinda of peeping to the surface.. I’m very appreciative but I totallly hate havin to pay for everything here online and then most take the titles away if u cancel and even paid ur monthly dues. I I think I would maybe be OK with the monthly fees as long as I got to kept keep the titles which I was under the impression that I did and I passed experience I was not able to so yeah, once again I don’t agree with that, but other than that, I do love audiobooks there a lifesaver 💕💕💕💕
