I thought I would get the app and try after the website was a total bomb with screen reader. The website has a recapture that doesn’t have an audio challenge to it nor does it even let screen reader know it’s a recapture it just says image, image, image. And it won’t let you go past that with screen reader. When I called customer service they just advised me to use it with a friend that’s not convenient. But I thought I would give this app a try. The app just absolutely does nothing when using it with screen reader. It is very obvious that this company does not care about those of us that you screen reader and therefore I don’t care about this company.

I decided to run my own number and self on the app. It does not only not have my accurate number, but much of the information including places of employment, residence, and current phone numbers are inaccurate. And it says my telephone number I’ve had for years belongs to someone else! How is that even possible to leave that much false information on what should be a very reputable app? It’s so far fetched at that. The good thing is I now have a name of who perhaps uses my number as there’s and I get a ton of calls from a debt collector for that person/them. I would pay for the service if it addressed and fixed these huge issues. And put a real fix out there to prevent unknown callers from continually bugging. Not right.

I had the intelius app 3 to 4 years ago and I paid 9.99 dollars a month which it was well worth it. Then it went away. Recently I searched for it in the App Store and downloaded it, when I opened it I was informed that there was no data to be imported and I was to open the website thru safari. I did , and then searched a number and I was promptly directed to the page where I was told to get the info I was seeking I could pay 4.95, which I did and was given just a name and I could get all information if I paid more. Very disappointed, and I want my 4.95 back
