I have invested a significant amount of money into this game, yet I encounter errors almost every other day, which severely disrupts my gaming experience. Like many others have mentioned in their reviews, acquiring energy is quite challenging, and even when I manage to refill it, I am unable to enter the game due to these errors. When I reach out to them via Instagram to report the issues, I only receive a response days later, often stating that everything has already been resolved. Even though there are numerous events taking place, I can't participate due to the inability to access the game, and when I express my frustration about not being able to improve my ranking, I just get a curt reply saying that the errors have been fixed. Such errors occur with every event, leaving me utterly exasperated as to how I am supposed to play this game.

I play the Merge Hotel game and it’s way better than this one. This one takes a lot to win the mini games or complete orders. Then you don’t win that much. It’s also very hard to get cameras, bells, or scissors. And I’ve never been able to get items out of the watering can like the tulips and the thread. Not once have I ever been able to get them except from prize boxes. I waste all my energy trying. This game also charges a lot more money for crystals and energy. I spend money on the other game but will not on this one because it’s a lot in comparison. I don’t understand it because the same people make both games. So you would think they would be comparable. As a result of it being so hard to get your orders, you cannot go very far in the adventure part. It’s just not satisfying the me. I’m pretty much over this game.

This could be a great game. Very clever with two of my favorite game elements. Beautiful graphic and adventure, but…

I would like to enjoy the graphics and the adventure a lot longer than seconds of play. Everything runs out and unless I pay, there is no other ways to really earn enough energy to do anything. Even the boxes started “recharging” before it release enough items to fill the board! Every other game I played, these boxes will release enough items to fill the board three or four times before recharging. I play three other merging games while waiting for the energy to refill and this game is one the worst, which is very disappointing, especially when this is could potentially be the most fun and pleasant.
