I’ve also sent you an email with snapshots. I have some photos of my brother who was KIA in Vietnam. Thought I would try your app. Again nothing, the faces are distorted, etc motor problems and you want me to pay $9 a month. Sorry not doing it when you can’t even show a good restored photo. I miss my darkroom.

I downloaded the free trial and tested with several photos. One picture that had lots of scratches barely looked different after using the de scratch tool. I tried another picture of a young girl. The “fixed” version made her face look extremely deformed. Another had one large scratch through the center. The “fixed” version replaced the scratch with a dark line. Out of 6 photos, only 1 came back looking somewhat fixed, and even that one had a mark on the face that was off. Not very good odds on success.

Trying to freshen up some old photos with bad color and RetroFix is not it. Tried the “enhanced” option and it did nothing I can see. Tried the “recreate” option and got a completely different pose, gender, and AI added a toy not in the original. There is not a free trail option either. I have requested a refund.

RetroFix has the potential to be a wonderful tool! But without the premium membership which is exorbitantly unaffordable for most of us- it’s downright useless. My photos even seem more blurry than before RetroFix . Based on your free app- I think your app is pretty crappy.

If you’re trying to sell me something, you need to show me what
your app can do! Give me quality results every time- even on the free app! I am likely to spend more money (even if it means canceling other apps) when RetroFix creators aren’t too tightfisted to share some quality work!

Otherwise, I’m not even going to want to spend money on the premium app.

It’s crazy that I uploaded a photo of my family to restore and RetroFix did an amazing job at producing a quality photo. It would have actually been perfect if for the fact that it changed my African American family into a White family!

I’m not sure what’s going on but I can’t seem to finish the process after it has fixed the photo. I keep getting check your Internet connection and try again

Most of the pictures were distorted to the point of looking like someone else. I’m finding this fairly common in most AI editing apps. Disappointed.

Now it refuses to do anything under high-quality it just shuts down sometimes it even shuts down the phone

colorize is fine but if I hit high-quality on restoration of an old photo it crashes every single time I had no way to communicate with the company so I had to cancel my subscription

But up until the last time I had to re-sign up… It was the coolest thing I've ever seen

I recommend experimenting with running things through lower level AI multiple times, I was able to get really amazing with a photo of a coworker’s late father, it had pretty thick white lines across his neck and head, but after maybe 20 renders it looked really good. Perfection isn’t a realistic outcome without a human retouching it, but the final render brought her to tears, and it will be included in a set of photos at his memorial.

It worked great for a few days- now it crashes every single time and is now useless.

Very little extra effort has to be made converting from b&w to color. Thanks, RF!

I use RetroFix for a few days. It was working fine now all of a sudden I download a picture to RetroFix and as soon as it’s done fixing it, it only shows me the picture for like a half a second and then it’s gone. I’ve tried it over and over and over and it just keeps doing that one second I get to see the picture and then it’s gone, and I paid for this

Nice faster compare to other

Restore restored an old picture of my great great uncle from the Civil War era. The quality of facial details that were restored was impressively accurate. Once a blurry face i did not recognize to someone I feel like I knew my whole life. Would definitely recommend. easy to

Overall, a great app. But when taking a picture with two ladies, like a grandmother-granddaughter or a mother-daughter, the clothing is not always appropriate. Makes them look like a ‘couple’. Please add some nice modest clothing for mother-daughter combos. Thank you!

Overall this is a really cool app, my only problem is when I used the enhance mode it added a very angry looking man’s face onto my daughters nose😂 I’m not upset about it, I thought it was funny but it did scare me at first. To anyone using RetroFix MAKE

This is a amazing app now i can color old pictures but I wish you could add a feature where you can also add color to videos in your photos library also

But today, after a restore, I see the result in a split second and it crashes, the screen goes white and then RetroFix closes? I restarted my iPhone too - Please help!’

I’m so happy with RetroFix it worked I’m surprised. I definitely recommend it. It’s worth it. :)
