I spent money on buying coins and a skin for the bike and the game took my money and didn’t give me the money or the skin for the dirt bike

It’s an overall good game, but I bought 50,000 coins for $3.99. Once my card was charged I expected to see my coins but never got them hence why they’re getting one star for me. I tried going to the website reaching out to the developer personally, but the website is in a l foreign language. If you’re going to make an international app, at least make sure you have a translator on there, so that way if your customers have issues it could easily be resolved.
