I was very excited to download BPDTracker because it seems like it would really help me track my symptoms of BPD and identify triggers. BPDTracker in itself is a trigger. You canβt press two buttons without a pop-up making you pay for a subscription. This really should not be advertised as a free app. Iβm very disappointed and now very irritated which I was hoping BPDTracker would help with, but after having BPDTracker downloaded for a whole 5 minutes (no exaggeration) I could not stand being on it anymore:(
It kept insisting I had ADHD when I do not. I got this FOR BPD. BPDTracker also kept spamming me notifications, which I am very adverse to. Did not enjoy my experience. Do not reccomend!! Puts almost everything behind a paywall.
It's like a medical app or something? I don't get it
