Five months ago, PrimeLister’s app caused a major glitch in my Poshmark closet blurring and pixelating hundreds of my product images. Since then, I’ve been trying to fix the damage, which has directly impacted my income as a reseller. Despite multiple follow-ups and clear documentation of the issue, the Co-Founder, Steven, has ignored my emails.
What’s even more frustrating is PrimeLister’s pattern of responding to reviews saying they’ll prioritize my case and asking me to email them with the subject line URGENT: image issue only to then not respond at all.
To make matters worse, I’ve written multiple reviews explaining my experience only to have them repeatedly deleted. It feels like PrimeLister is not only refusing to take responsibility but is actively silencing negative feedback from customers.
Why are customer reviews being removed? Why is my voice and the loss of my business being dismissed?
