I needed an app to create AI-generated images. HS claimed to allow users to use multiple different sources and the annual premium subscription seemed reasonably priced. So I paid the $39.99…. Nothing happened. Every time I tried to use HS , it pulled up a page prompting me to subscribe. I contacted customer service by email. It took 24 hours for someone to respond each time after I contacted them. It didn’t seem like anything was going to get resolved, and I read other reviews saying HS was a scam, so I canceled my subscription through HS Store and submitted a request for a refund.

I feel like I was charged for two weekly subscriptions at the same time when I sign up for only one. They said they would refund me the extra money for the lower subscription fee but they never did. I can’t afford to be double charged, especially in this economy, so I cancelled both subscriptions. How do I get the money back from the more expensive one? Also, I never got any of the Pro+ features I was promised. So I deleted this stupid app!

Was working , now it’s not ? So …. Uninstalling

I paid the 7.99 and still won’t let me do anything. I want my money back sent you an email.

I paid to upgrade to pro but it still won’t allow full access to the images or the proper quality. HS doesn’t make any sense. I emailed support but still waiting to make sure I get my refund since I paid and nothing happened

I wish I had the option to delete my failed results.

I downloaded HS and paid for a subscription, but it didn’t work and I couldn’t access the Pro features. The developer was super responsive and did issue me a refund. It might’ve been a clutch that was particular to my experience though.

Paid the $8 and nothing changed and I still don't have access to any of the other models. Restore button doesn't do anything. If anyone sees this and can help me out I would appreciate it

My experience with HS is great so far. It is really easy to use and I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the AI images. Everything has been spot on every time.

There's tons of ai options and since I got the yearly plan, I get unlimited generations. The images are high quality and I'm glad I didn't have to wait too long to save the image.

I enjoyed HS, the possibilities seem endless, just how they stated. thank you for such a great product. Room for improvement is the generated AI hands and fingers.. I would rate higher but it only goes to 5 stars?

It is a fun app to play around with. I had a character idea in my head and was surprised at how close it was. It is not perfect, but I can't draw so what HS generated is definitely better than what I could have done ?

I'm very pleased with the ton of options. I love that I can explore a lot of styles in one app. Great app! If HS can turn my own gallery images into something else, it would be even better.

I suggest adding a feature where a person could have a photo of a Anime Character changed into a realistic-looking person. But, that's just a friendly suggestion for a feature that, I think could be really cool! I love that I get to do unlimited image generations after I subbed.

I subbed pro to HS and I found HS is fantastic, the styles are cool and I've tried them all! Subscription is well worth it if you enjoy making AI pictures, render time is quite alright but super high quality. I wished there was a favorites tab for AI models that I use often! Highly recommend this to anyone out there!

Every update just makes it better! The detail and quality of images it produces are high quality. Recommended for beginners and advanced artists.
