BNPParibasOpenOfficial is not good, the link for login doesn’t even work. It says invalid dynamic link. Hope I can access my tickets to BNP next week.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial experience diminishes what should be a joyful experience

So buggy it needs an exterminator! Clearly no one did any QA testing before the release.

This is worthless compared to the old app. Someone needs to be told to redo or fired. Get someone who did the previous app and add features not take away

Why can you only see the Men's Singles Draw?

I have to keep sending email for app to open.
This is the worse app ever. It has never been like this in previous years.
Someone really messed up.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial has so many glitches and buttons that don’t work. Will be deleting and using Google instead

Disappointing app that does not show full spectrum- the drop down menu does not respond on iPhone 11

Notifications kept appearing even though I selected notifications to be off. Ruined my viewing of recorded matches (spoiler alert) so I had no recourse but to delete BNPParibasOpenOfficial .

Had to load new version and it doesn’t operate smooth or even correctly. I can’t even sign in. I click profile icon and it says to sign in by entering email and then says it will send email to complete without using a password.
For two days straight I have been trying to get that email. Says it sent it but I have nothing. I have checked all folders.
So I basically can just use app as a guest???
Not to mention I have had to close and reopen every time I use it because after going to different pages… it freezes!
Previous app seemed to be much more smooth and user friendly and not to mention a MUCH better overall appearance.
This is definitely is NOT an upgrade!

This years App for the BNP was absolutely the worst. News items were old, schedule was always delayed, scores were posted then due to delays scores disappeared and match indicated ‘upcoming’. Had to rely on good ol Google for accurate and up to date news and information.

I don’t know where to start here – it’s just super stressful to be heading out of town to a tennis tournament and not be able to access your digital tickets. I had them on the old app, but we were asked to delete the old app and sign into the new one. I keep getting an error: oops something went wrong!

I have emailed guest services, called and left a voice message with administration and sent a message from their link and have not received a response. I guess I’ll just show up there and hope for the best.

I will never go back to the Indian Wells tennis tournament. We were there on Thursday, March 14 and we had purchased tickets for all the courts, when you purchase a ticket for stadium 1,you had access to stadium 2-8 but when we got there that day, they had changed the rules and were requiring a ticket for stadium 2 where all the good matches were being played. People were irate. The employees knew it was dishonest, but couldn’t do anything about it. No one was there to talk to and we had no choice but to buy another ticket and spend double the amount. Indian Wells has not refunded our money and I’m not sure if they’re going to. They said tickets are nonrefundable but when you change the rules after someone buys a ticket, then all rules are relevant. I would never trust them again. So dishonest.

All was good until they decided to release a new version. Now I have no idea where my tickets are!!!!

A little over a week before we travel to Indian Wells and BNPParibasOpenOfficial doesn’t work at all.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial isn’t functioning. Stops on location pages and won’t progress

Crashes all the time. Kick the butts of the developers and the testers. You click on the info icon and I guarantee that BNPParibasOpenOfficial will crash. Don’t ask users as your testers!

Trying to access my tickets and I can’t get passed the location service prompt. Please fix before the tournament begins.

Downloaded the newest version four times and all four times location services page did not render correctly and froze. Had to delete app and download again to see if I could get beyond it. Couldn’t. Can’t get to my tickets and the event starts in four days.

Can’t install app because it crashes at “turn on location services” and there is no option to turn them on within BNPParibasOpenOfficial . Now I am locked out of my old app and I can’t see or use any functionality.

Screen frozen on “ turn on location services” and can’t go any farther. I deleted, re installed and still same result. Nothing was wrong with the old app.

Apps doesn’t load. Tried several times. Locks up at the turn on location services screen with no other options to move along in BNPParibasOpenOfficial .

I went to the BNP app and it said it was no longer valid and I needed to get this new app. Now all my tickets for the tournament are missing. Why would they change apps a week before the tournament?! Makes me very nervous that I can’t locate my tickets.

Why you would force customers into a new app a week before the tournament is beyond me. I’ve wasted an hour trying to transfer tickets and I’m still not finished. Poor customer service.

It made me get the new app.. change password, update to this new app via three trips back and forth to get link sent to my email.
NOW MY PURCHASED AND TRANSFERRED TICKETS DO NOT SHOW UP IN THEIS NEW APP!

The font on BNPParibasOpenOfficial when viewing scores and schedules is so tiny and in a lighter color-making it extremely difficult to read! I don't see a settings options to increase font size.

Should be most helpful live at the event to help you navigate to preferred practices or matches. Unfortunately BNPParibasOpenOfficial won’t refresh or open because so many people are trying to use it at the same time.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial has been of limited value. There is no way to check previous day’s match scores or even see the draw sheet. I like the ability to click on the player and see their stats but otherwise BNPParibasOpenOfficial is cumbersome.

I have no idea why they would roll out this new app right before the tournament but it is the worst. Even though I had an active account with the old app, I still can’t get an account with this new app despite multiple tries over a week-long period. (My son, who never had an account before, was able to create an account however - it’s all so random!) When I click on match details it won’t load and for one whole day BNPParibasOpenOfficial wasn’t working so I just searched up matches on google. When I transferred a ticket to my son, it never worked so we basically lost a ticket. (Luckily it was just a qualifying day grounds pass.) I wish I could go back to the old app which was much more reliable and seamless! Hoping by next year’s tournament BNPParibasOpenOfficial will be working!

The prior BNP Paribas app for Indian Wells worked smoothly and was transparent. Now our tickets are buried. Had to download AXS app just to find our very expensive tickets. Very dissatisfied. Hope this doesn’t indicate that entering the venue will be a nightmare.

You’re in the middle of the tournament and just want to scroll results, but need to rely on the terrible WiFi of the tournament or your poor connection to upload BNPParibasOpenOfficial . Too constantly guys.

Works well, except very disappointed that app can only be viewed in portrait mode on tablet. PLEASE fix this!

Practice schedules are much easier to find than the past version, which is a huge and much appreciated improvement. The map feature is improved over last year, but it would be a significant help if it had a locator dot for your current location to aid on-site navigation. The map should also have a direct link from anywhere on BNPParibasOpenOfficial , rather than be buried in the “on site” tab. On-site WiFi needs to be beefed up so all app features are consistently available, even when crowds are large.

Although I was excited to use the new BNP app at the venue, I was frustrated when the service at the venue was so poor I couldn’t even pull up my tickets to get into the venue. Once inside, even on the WiFi I couldn’t pull up BNPParibasOpenOfficial at crucial times. It was like that last year as well. If ticket holders have to use BNPParibasOpenOfficial for most things at the venue, why is it so bad to get on BNPParibasOpenOfficial at all?

One place to get coffee and hot drinks is not enough. It’s cool in the evenings. There should be a place on the loge. The most recent coffee vendor was good but lines were too long.

The wine prices were too high. A reasonably priced vendor would better—not canned wine. I didn’t buy this year.

I have come for many years and have do not have many complaints but thought these comments would be helpful.

Packs everything you need to follow the action at Indian Wells, whether in-person (including practice times) or remotely. Only thing left to improve: an easier way to see the schedule per court (e.g. filter per court) instead of having to scroll through all courts on the schedule page.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial was useful, especially for seeing scores of matches in process and the schedule of play. It was sometimes slow to open and use during the peak weekend days that we attended.

Enjoyed BNPParibasOpenOfficial much more than previous one. I would like to see an easy quick way to see the draws. Not just for the current day but from the beginning of the tournament.

The sign up process went off without a hitch for me, as did setting up my preferences. Overall, it functions like I expected so I am guessing the bugs previous users pointed out have been fixed (I’m not a ticket holder though so I couldn’t speak to that). The info in the Plan Your Visit section was more thorough than I’ve seen on other sporting apps, which was a good touch as well.

Especially enjoyed the option to follow favorite players

Easily the greatest professional tennis tournament in the world, amazing atmosphere, grounds, location, the list goes on. I was very happy with the new app update where you could easily view the practice schedule, select ‘my players’ to follow, and also see the juniors tournament scores in BNPParibasOpenOfficial . Thank you for another amazing tournament in 2024!

It’s the most exciting event I have ever attend. For 15 years have been coming and I feel like I am part of this incredible family. From the staff to the top everyone is so nice

The new app is beautiful - so excited to use it during the tournament. I love how you can follow your favourite players to personalize your experience and know exactly when they’re playing, practicing and get real time updates. Super cool.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial helped me the day I went to the event! I was able to navigate my way around the park and see what matches were currently happening! From tickets to scores to being onsite!

Great app to see players, schedules, and scores. My only recommendation is that every a player is listed - scores, schedules, etc - that links to the player profile.

It allowed me to follow my favorite players and learn when they were playing and whether they won at the end. It is an easy app to navigate. Extremely intuitive. I have nothing to report disfavorably.

There is so little true innovation in the fan experience for tennis that it’s amazing to see the dedication here to create a simple useful product.

It was our first professional tennis match event. Definitely will be going back, my friends & I loved the atmosphere & the volunteers were so helpful, fun & pleasant!! Everyone in the event were amazing, the food, drinks & vendors were all great. Very well organized. I really enjoyed being able to attend the players practice session & the interaction with the players. Alcaraz was very nice & really enjoyed interacting with the fans!! I was hoping to see my Nadal but maybe there’s still hope. We were able to see men & women semifinals also & it was amazing!! Loved being there. It’s just amazing to see all the top women & men player participating here. Would love to see Agassi, Sampras, Edberg & McConroe in an exhibition match?? Maybe even Agassi Steffi Graff. Everyone was really enjoying & having a great time

The best tournament app I have ever used. Well made and huge improvement from the last version. Very impressive and made the tournament experience seemless!

I really liked BNPParibasOpenOfficial , and I think the simple design makes it easy to use.

BNPParibasOpenOfficial allowed for easy maneuverability and gathering of desired information. It was easy to use and understand. The only issue I ran across was the use of BNPParibasOpenOfficial when the Internet connectivity was poor. Outside of that, everything seem to work great.

What a great upgrade over the old app! Clean design, and way easier to navigate. Excited for the tournament!

Anything you needed to know both before arrival and during the tournament could be found easily by whipping out your phone or tablet and going to the correct tab. So easy to use. It’s a busy two-week tournament with action on every court all day and evening long. We used it to plan out our day at Indian Wells Tennis Paradise. BNPParibasOpenOfficial did not let us down.

Excited to try this out at Indian Wells this year. Love the follow player feature.

Haven’t spent too much time with BNPParibasOpenOfficial yet but I’m not seeing any bugs that some of the earlier users were seeing. One of my favorite UI elements is tapping into a match to see player and match stats in a scroll-down. I think the statistics of the sport is super interesting, so fun way for me to stay engaged.
Also, the plan your visit has parking information/options. Seems so small but I HATE it when I have to dig for that stuff.

Will update if I run into any bugs.

My young adult children loved the tournament, we all did.. the volunteers are so helpful, so kind , ALl the employees at all the food outlets. It’s very well done. I was purchasing tickets on line and was texting Alex , shout out to Alex for answering ALL my questions .. So incredibly helpful ..Thank you .. Looking forward to coming back next year !!!
