How to fix CamoCopy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CamoCopy app on iPhone
Update CamoCopy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CamoCopy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CamoCopy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CamoCopy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CamoCopy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CamoCopy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CamoCopy App
1. On android, goto Settings » CamoCopy » click [Force Stop]

Update CamoCopy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CamoCopy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CamoCopy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CamoCopy.

Fix CamoCopy unable to contact server/ CamoCopy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CamoCopy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CamoCopy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CamoCopy
