North Carolina UD Sportsbook Reviews

So I downloaded underdog fantasy a while back and was using NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook which was fine it worked good and everything never had any issues. Well last week underdog came out with NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook and I saw where they had the bet 5 get a 100 in bonus bets promo so I signed up after I signed up it said my account needed to be verified. I did everything and it told me it couldn’t verify me so I would have to do it through customer service which was fine. I started the process with the bot and sent everything asked of me by the bot. They told me I would be reached out to within 5 hours. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything and the guy Wyatt from customer service is no help at all. I’ve texted the customer service thing 10 times and have yet to receive a response I sent a picture of my ID AND OF ME HOLDING THE ID LIKE THEY ASKED. I haven’t had no help with NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook. In all honestly ur better off using FanDuel or sleeper or prize picks or draft kings because there customer service is quick and actually helps u instead on leaving u on delivered and being rude. NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook is so bad when it comes to customer service it’s not even funny. So if ur reading this I wouldn’t waste my time nor money on NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook. They do not care one bit about you. I’m deleting NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook. And to think this all started because y’all’s customer service is so bad

If you see any good reviews for NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook then it’s either family friends or workers or underdogs, total lies. They don’t want to pay out your winnings, I had to fight hard to get the 170$ I won but they had no problem taking my money to place the bets. 0 out of 5 stars.

0/10 would not recommend, collect your bonus bets and immediately delete is my recommendation. Only options are MLB, NHL, and NBA. Not to mention I’ve been waiting 6 days for my withdrawal to hit… too many other options that offer quick withdrawals, better odds and more gambling options…

NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook is horrible limited options to withdraw hate I even tried this complete waste of time. No actual support to assist when you need it and only option is a chat message that takes 6+ hrs to get a response. I will be blasting my experience on my pages. I've been waiting over a week for my winnings.

Download NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook and Won!!! As soon as I tried to cash out my winnings NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook says my account is restricted!! They have no live customer service to resolve the problem! Sent a message to customer service and have been waiting 2 days for a response. Now I have $500 sitting in an account waiting to hear from them!! SCAM!!!

I don’t know what I was expecting but the very least I expected was a working application but NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook doesn’t even let you place bets without giving a “uh oh! Something went wrong message . Well uh oh I guess I won’t bet using your app then

Just stick with draftkings or fanduel. Tried to deposit a couple of times to try and take advantage of the 1k first bet mulligan. Wouldn’t accept my deposit. Sent multiple emails to support who never fixed the issue. No phone number to even contact to try and get on the phone with them

NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook is a scam they don’t email you back when you have a problem as soon a you win they become Ghost don’t download NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook run

Good luck if you need to chat with support, currently have been waiting 6+ hours just for someone to respond after telling me they would have a chat agent reach out to me. How do you expect people to get verified or whatever your requirements are when you cannot get ahold of the support. Other than that its a good app besides waiting hours upon hours in between messages from support. Get it together, there are plenty other apps that have 24/7 chat support not one that ive used does this.

NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook is good but if you have ANY issues it takes hours if not days to get a response and the worst part is the withdrawal wait times, I have been waiting over 4 days for my withdrawal

NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook is very lackluster compared to the other guys. No bonuses or incentives to even spend my money here. It’s also very primitive dated look on score tracking.

If they make soccer an option to bet on.

Love the props app and I found you guys from Clark with your props app and now I see you guys have something like fanduel and BetMGM however only limited to some states once you guys fix that it will really take off the user interface is just different and pleasing to jump into being in IL I definitely thought it would be available here we have so many sports teams.

I know UD is still getting off the ground, but their support is really patient and works with you through any issues you have. I messed up on some of my bets and they took care of it quickly as a one time courtesy and explained to me what I did wrong. On another occasion I misunderstood the bet 5 promo and they also helped me with that. Hopefully this book continues to grow and get better.

Already use Underdog for fantasy. Hands down the best platform I have used. Excited for the launch of the sportsbook!

I love the prop betting app and somebody just informed me of this new spread and straight up betting on this new app. When will it be available to TX like the props app? GO UNDERDOG!

I only do a bit of casual betting on sports, but I’m loving NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook so far. I can find everything I want quickly and easily, I can choose the odds format (I’m used to odds like +156 now, but would have loved multiplier odds before I was), and everything just feels smooth and well-designed.

I’ve been enjoying the Sportsbook app since becoming available in my state. It’s easy to use. I’ve reached out to the support team a few times asking for assistance and the support was prompt, friendly, and helpful.

Love how different Underdog is compared to other apps! Very cool interface and easy to navigate.

My elderly neighbor was in poor health and barely able to move. I held her hand as I downloaded NorthCarolinaUDSportsbook onto my phone and now she’s running a marathon next week. Cannot recommend enough!
