I just purchased this to recover and email I have just deleted . I opted for the one week plan just in case this isn’t what I wanted..
I immediately realized that I could not recover the email. I had just deleted. So I decided to cancel. As I was searching for a way to cancel, I realized that each of the buttons works, except for the SUPPORT button and the CONTACT US button. Good thing the RATE US button works!
Suggest you find a different message recovery app. JCS.

The app doesn’t work. Do not install and pay for it. It’s waste of your money and the customer service team won’t even respond to your emails back.
Very disappointing and pathetic customer service.
