HOW TO GET REFUNDED??
I wanted to do the 3 day free trial, somehow got charged for 12 months and can’t find where to email the developer. This app is terrible when it comes to duplicate photos. None of the pics under duplicate were even duplicates! Please, let me know how I can get refunded immediately before I have to dispute. Thanks EDIT: you didn’t answer my question. I can’t contact you because there’s no email for me to get in touch w you. You claim you delete actual duplicates yet you just admitted that will be in the next update. I’m asking for a full refund. I will gladly update you to 5 stars once you refund me for a subscription I did not choose. I wanted the free trial to test it out and for whatever reason got charged over $35 for a year. Why would anyone just choose that option prior to testing the app out?? They wouldn’t. You know this especially when dealing with photo cleaners as none deliver. Do I need to dispute this via my Apple CC?

Duplicates? - Really?
Maybe I’m missing something, but when I tried to use this program it marked a photo off my 5 yo granddaughter taken at the circus as a duplicate of an elephant taken at the same event! Found this every time. Wouldn’t let me get rid of screen shots. Best thing was the screen cleaner but you can’t tell if you are getting rid of your best shoot it a duplicate- I can do that without buying an app! Would be nice if it worked AND you didn’t have to sign up for a 12 month subscription to get the 3 day trial (I trialed for about an hour before I found problems I couldn’t work around!)

Rip Off
Got this app after seeing a review that it is good for restoring previously deleted photos, when you subscribe to the app it says 3 days free trial but OH NO!!! They instantly charged me $38 & the kicker is this app doesn’t even recover previously deleted photos! I quickly uninstalled & unsubscribed to the app but still no customer contact about getting my money back! In 2 seconds I paid for an app that I didn’t actually agree to being that it’s promoted for a 3 DAY FREE TRIAL! Count your mfn days & I hope my photos are safe from this janky app being that I uninstalled & unsubscribed quickly :(
