Slowed down my phone
After I downloaded this for merely a minute, I deleted it, realizing that I needed to buy the full package to recover some photos. However, after I deleted it, my phone has started to act up a little bit. I don't know what is going on, but this app is very fishy. I find it very odd my phone slowed down a bit just after I downloaded this app.

Total Fraud
Lost iPhone notes and purchased this app to get them back. Carefully following instructions and an error message continued to come up. Here's where my fraud case is built. Over 3 email attempts (no phone support at all) finally received a broken English response that wanted to know what error message said (was explained in detail in the sent emails) In response I asked to speak to a human and continued to get delayed responses that basically mimicked the first response. Wasted money, poor non existent customer service, obviously ran out of India, Philippines or some other country. Buyer beware

Waste of time and money!
Tried to recover a photo that had been deleted the night before. All I got was the photos on my phone that have not been deleted yet. Complete garbage!
