Hello, I am having trouble with verification on the platform. Five days ago, I created an account at s4vachka@redacted via AppleID. The application was accepted, but there has been no response for five days. I read online that this might be because the Membership was registered to a different email. I have two emails listed in my AppleID; although the Membership purchase confirmation came to the correct email, I thought there might be confusion, which is why support is not reviewing my verification. I deleted the account and created another one directly with the email, without AppleID. I tried to verify, but I received a notification that my data is registered on another account. What should I do in this situation? We do not understand which account is already being checked with my data. It looks like many people are having the same issue as me but you do not give a solution. I am unable to verify my identity and bts membership. I am sent in a neverending loop that will never be ok. How the heck can I fix this before the sales start? You must have a way or are those of us just not able to?

My account could not be verified because of my passport. I had to delete an account I created earlier which was successfully verified. However, the account in weverse and nol were different. Because of this I could not reverify my passport. I am looking for customer support to help on this.

Hello! I have a very big issue which needs to be looked into. This is the second time it has happened to me and I don t find this okay, especially for a ticketing site. When I first tried applying for the BTS Arirang World Tour in Goyang for Play&Stay package yesterday (22.01.2026) , I managed to add to my card a hotel package for two people, but right after I paid and my money got transferred I received them back saying i cancelled my order even though that hasn't happened. I still managed to buy a ticket with the hotel package but for only one person but since it was in my dad s name I had to cancel the order as i couldn't change the name on the ticket, (another problem being the untransferable tickets) and as soon as my dad cancelled i added the same package to my cart and bought it but just as i paid, my order was once again cancelled, my money transferred back to my and my ticket taken away, even though I haven t done a thing. I honestly don t think this is fair as I had very high expectations from this site and even got a very good place in the queue only to have two tickets cancelled unfairly. Please look into this issue and help me fix it. I don t think this is fair and i repeat, it has happened to me TWICE. I also have proof of immediate cancelation of my order which i couldn't t control. I hope you can help me get my ticket back and fix this misunderstanding. Thank you! Eva

Will you be able to help me with an issue I have verifying my Interpark Global account for purchasing concert tickets in Korea? It accepted the photo of my passport but won’t accept my selfies. It keeps saying my photos don’t match. Perhaps my passport isn’t clear, but I have no way to tell or resubmit it. Can you please reset me so I can start over?
