I downloaded this game and without ever giving my consent or checking any box, I was automatically signed up for a weekly subscription at $6.99//wk. When I saw what happened I immediately went to my settings and canceled the subscription and deleted BrainGain but instead of immediately canceling my subscription, the game said I was locked in for a month, although I was on a weekly subscription. So the game charged me each week for a month until the next to last charge when it charged me after only 5 days instead of 7, so that it could get another charge in before the month was up. That way it could charge me twice before the subscription expired. When I explained all of this information to Apple, they wonderfully refunded me in one day’s time. I have downloaded many games over the years and this is the first time this has ever happened. Check after every download and make sure you didn’t get scammed for a subscription. Call Apple if anything like this happens to you. They will not protect anyone basically stealing from you. They will help you.

The graphics are too large and are bigger than the screen on my iPhone. Example: the math problem will display and instructions are to choose the correct answer; however, I can only see the tops of numbers, not the whole number and no amount of manipulation brings the whole screen into view. I am very disappointed with this game!!

Downloaded BrainGain to keep my mind sharp. The games are ok. My problem is with the developers. They do not respond to any of your emails! I have sent several emails to ask different questions because that’s the only way to find anything out. I wanted to go from 3 games in training to 5. No answer to how I do it. I was stuck on one of the games on level 20, it just kept repeating its self and wouldn’t move off that level. No answer. I paid for a year subscription and feel like they just took my money and don’t care about the players. I have asked for a refund, which I’m sure I will not get an answer. I am deleting BrainGain. Don’t waste your money. They don’t care about you once they get it!!

I downloaded the game, and when it came to the payment page, I did not click either option. I left the page and shortly after a payment came up on my Apple Card. I did not authorize this. I have not played the game. I would like my money back.

The games are fun and I love the increasing challenge. When you download it, you have to choose a subscription option for once your “free trial” is up. I was charged the full amount immediately, however, so make sure you’re ready to pay for it when you sign up for the “free trial.”

This game is unbelievably boring and it’s literally money to do anything fun or not dumb it made me do like a memory game and it made no sense this game should not be on App Store it’s not ready!!!

Just a regular brain training game not a help for ADHD like they advertise

While it’s true that most psychopaths are intelligent, psychopathy is a diagnosis which no one should aspire to … For the record, most serial killers are psychopaths. In other words, whoever was involved in approving the advertisement you’re currently using with a tagline saying, “Only a psychopath can solve this!” should be fired immediately because not only do they have very poor judgment, but they also are very clearly not that intelligent themselves. And while you’re at it, you should also change advertising agencies for exactly the same reasons. I certainly won’t be playing this game because of this issue (in addition to your exorbitant prices).

You guys have some coding work to do. Often the line will not start & not operator error. Slow - very - within game. Other game stopped when ¾ done. Number of tests within section way too many - - o/50. I don’t want to do 50 iterations. Nice try.

So far I do like the game but what I’m confused about is the color game where you have to pick the color that it says but my problem is that it might say purple but it’s not on a purple bubble it’s a black or yellow bubble the bubble clearly isn’t purple. I’m not sure how that would be helpful unless your just trying to teach a lie saying like for example the sky is blue but trying to convince someone that the sky in fact is not blue but green but in reality it is blue unless it’s grey getting ready to snow or rain. Am I missing something what is the point of that game. I need logic here unless it’s about following the directions which I feel is mute because just bc it says that doesn’t mean it’s a fact. So far that’s my only problem. But I just started playing on BrainGain but that part of this game is really annoying. Please share the point / logic of that part of the brain game. Developers I assume this question goes to you assume u have a really good answer. I need one!!! I need it to make sense bc it doesn’t seem to Thanks!!

I’ve never even played this game. I downloaded it and my sister found out she has cancer and I’ve been helping her and was charged. Don’t understand how someone can charge for something because you’ve downloaded it. 2 stars and if I get help I’ll update my review. Hopefully I’ll see some real good customer service. Fingers crossed and keeping the faith.

I’ve had the game for a week, the FREE games from the New York Times are WAY better.

Twice ive loaded and unloaded BrainGain because the game “Single Stroke” locks up on the 40 th game. Igetit right and it just stays there as if i never did it. Help!

Okay this game is fun and I have to be right that it is cool and interesting but why do I have to pay a lot just to see if I have anxiety or ADHD like I know I should go to a real doctor but still if I wanna know if I have ADHD so it could be serious and I just don’t like that but it’s fun and an interesting game indeed but because of that I’m giving you 2 stars please review over this.

Once I finished and reached 60/60 it didn’t stop and would’ve kept me doing the same pattern over and over. There was no ending. J had to escape out

The games are always different in the ads than they are in the actual games! so if you download a game because you want that particular game you will usually get completely different results I’m old and your keyboard is really small Just a thought I think all games should have the price listed prominently at the beginning of download I can just imagine how many games young people download with no idea how much money it will cost for their parents Of course money may be the name of the game but if you make the parents angry, you could lose money. With the economy the way it is, we all have to be diligent about spending money.

The problems were simple but the display of the operators was difficult to see.

I’ve always been a bit skeptical of brain training apps, but this one has completely changed my mind. It’s fun, engaging, and actually works!

I never thought brain training could be this addictive! It’s like a mini mental marathon every time I open BrainGain .

Recently been playing brain gain. I remember names, images, and words much better now.

Need to train for AD and prevention of dementia

Brain Gain has become a part of my daily routine. It’s like a morning coffee for my brain, giving me the boost I need to start the day on the right foot.

Really loving this game so far. Just started playing it a little while ago today but I want to keep on playing it..hope it continues to be fun!!

I start every day with exercises from Brain Gain now, instead of the 3-d match games I’ve been playing before.
The Single Stroke exercise is far more interesting alone than the game apps. Brain Gain is a better app because it makes ME better🥰
My friend recommended me BrainGain over dinner and we played the games together. It was fun😀
Some of the games are tricky though! I wish BrainGain launched tournaments among users or something like this❤️
Also, I’d like to see my progress bar on the main page or on some widget. For some reason, it’s the best motivation for me even though the streak isn’t bad as well 🤟🏻

Three years ago I broke my neck and fractured my back. The doctors did a lot of MRI and CAT scans. While in physical therapy I was advised to play lots of brain games which I have done I discovered this brain game today and it hits biome. It starts easy but I really had to work to do the activity. Than iwas asked to do it again. I couldn’t. This shows me the games I’ve been playing for the last three years are easily won. I’m homebound now and can’t drive. I damaged my equilibrium so I have to use a walker. I also have to see a neurologist due to my last scan.

Im not good at writing but this game really makes you think. It’s just what I need at my age.

Reaching my 50-s, I’ve noticed that it becomes harder for me to remember things. So I found BrainGain and decided to give it a try. At first, the levels were very easy and I started to doubt whether BrainGain could help, but then the levels became harder and I faced a challenge that kept me going. Around that time, I noticed that I was forgetting things more rarely. Now I remember to do my groceries! I see in BrainGain description that all these mind games are based on research that proves they help. It’s been almost three weeks as I’m using BrainGain now and I’m determined to continue improving my life with it!

The games are simple but effective. At the moment, there aren’t many of them, but it’s enough for me. I like BrainGain and I think its games help me with real challenges in real life. It’s almost like your brain tunes into a radio wave and suddenly the screeching stops and you just enjoy the serendipity. And after that, you feel like you had a good workout but a mental one. It may sound weird but I finish my workout sessions at the gym with BrainGain. And I feel even better! My body has a good stretch and my brain too, if you know what I mean. I’m glad that I’ve found BrainGain, it’s what I needed!

Every morning, I look forward to my brain boost with BrainGain. The games are engaging and actually help me feel more alert throughout the day
