Scam

I registered my phone to my account for login and after several days and after making purchases was told my number wasn’t associated to an account even tho I had already logged in this way multiple times. There was absolutely no way to get my account back so I tried my number again and it made a whole new account/character, so now my previous character is presumably lost.
I ultimately decided nbd, I haven’t been playing long and haven’t spent much so I’ll just start over. Well after the tutorial and the first in app purchase offer forces itself on your screen, I figured ‘sure I’ll spend a buck to get this unit and the limited privileges even tho I already bought these less than a week ago before getting ripped off’ and sure enough the money was taken from my account but I never received my purchase; and to make matters worse it doesn’t show on my order history (yet?) so I don’t even know how to go about requesting a refund.
All in all some seriously shady things going on with accounts and purchases in this game and I recommend you stay away from it. I will be contacting apple and reporting this product and recommend others experiencing these issues to do the same.
Network connectivity failed

Spent loads of money then I tried to use my Apple ID to log in can’t log in but I can log in guest account and no way to get my account I really enjoyed this game until I couldn’t play I refuse to make another account when I spent so much I planned on spending more because game was great and everything was going smoothly until this happened
Sign In Issue

I use my Apple ID to login. When the game logs me out it is super hard to get it to log back in. This is an issue that needs to be fixed. Other then this issue I love the game. Will get 5 stars if this issue would just be fixed.
