I am an admin and have tested the functionality using GDPR and non GDPR settings and reported the results. I have read the instructions multiple times with same result. Please test TerritoryHelper fully. It is NOT ready for prime time!

When I am NOT using the GDPR settings (box unchecked), none of my settings could be saved on my local device: iPhone 15 Pro Max. And I could not clear the map cache after returning the map.

When I turn ON the GDPR settings (box checked), TerritoryHelper is basically a convenient way login, request and return maps. That's it!

I love using the web platform. It has been a blessing, especially during COVID-19. We have been able to complete our entire territories about one a year. Now that we have returned to the field, I jumped on the idea of using TerritoryHelper functions, as indicated. However, they do not work for me at this time. Perhaps in the future after the bugs have been worked out I will try again. Not now.

The ability to zoom in and out better would be nice. Also a way to mark the streets off once you have completed them one by one would also be nice. Or even a way to check off each house! But that would probably be too difficult.

App looks like a good start. Would be helpful to have landscape mode especially for iPads.

Would also be nice for those who are admins to be able to check out/assign territories via app, see requests, etc….

I haven’t had a chance to use it much yet, but I’m so excited about the annotation feature. This has been the biggest limit in every other app we’ve tried. Hope to try it out more soon.

Thank you for all the hard work put into TerritoryHelper! This tool will make it much easier for the publishers in our country to access their territories. Looking forward to having the Android version for those who don’t have Apple devices.

One thing we noticed is that the friends that have a “Publisher” Role can’t see the territory map or address. We need to switch the role of that publisher to “Advance” in order for them to be able to see the territory map and address for that location but they can now also delete a location which we don’t want them to be able to do that.

Please fix the bug that causes two-factor not being sent. Also there is no option to indicate to the program that the code wasn’t received.

You all do an amazing job, I would never say anything negative, but the login works for the website on all my devices but when I try that same login on TerritoryHelper , it says “an error occurred, try again later”.

I’m not sweating it at all, a new app comes with a tremendous amount of work and issues thanks so much for all you do.

TerritoryHelper is a good touch. It is a big help for those who have trouble getting online. TerritoryHelper makes seeing and printing the territory much more user friendly especially on mobile. I really like the notes option, only thing I ran into is that if you copy paste notes in the don’t stay unless you type something in right after and before leaving the page. Overall a good app and system.
