4 Most reported problems 😔💔
My Congregation No: 11726, There is a difference in information between the Territory File, and information for the territory print out. Phone / Letter - 63, and it's print out: 205 Briarwood Rd., Kelowna, BC, V1X 2G4, Canada: has 8 units in this Apartment, but these Units are missing in the printout... The rest of the territories information gets printed, but these 8 units are missing... Thanks, Paul Therres
Not ready for prime time

I am an admin and have tested the functionality using GDPR and non GDPR settings and reported the results. I have read the instructions multiple times with same result. Please test the app fully. It is NOT ready for prime time!
When I am NOT using the GDPR settings (box unchecked), none of my settings could be saved on my local device: iPhone 15 Pro Max. And I could not clear the map cache after returning the map.
When I turn ON the GDPR settings (box checked), the app is basically a convenient way login, request and return maps. That's it!
I love using the web platform. It has been a blessing, especially during COVID-19. We have been able to complete our entire territories about one a year. Now that we have returned to the field, I jumped on the idea of using the app functions, as indicated. However, they do not work for me at this time. Perhaps in the future after the bugs have been worked out I will try again. Not now.

Very helpful but would like some improvements

The ability to zoom in and out better would be nice. Also a way to mark the streets off once you have completed them one by one would also be nice. Or even a way to check off each house! But that would probably be too difficult.
Two-factor

Please fix the bug that causes two-factor not being sent. Also there is no option to indicate to the program that the code wasn’t received.
