Was invited to login and never received the confirmation code I was apparently emailed.
Why do I have to input my kids email and have them download GotSportLive ? Not liking that.
When you download GotSportLive it has you inter your email so that you get a 6 digit code. However, it takes about 20-30min to get that code and then the code doesn’t even work. I haven’t been impressed with GotSport at all. Don’t get it. There are other free options.
I’m the parent and cannot login. Keeps thinking I’m the child I cannot go back to edit the age! There is no customer support to fix this!
Why is not working at step 1? I don’t have much faith in GotSportLive based on this experience
GotSportLive WAS great. Never had any issues for the two years I’d been using it. Last week they updated GotSportLive and it logged me out; now when I open GotSportLive it asks for my email and to send a code. The problem is it never sends the code to my email to log it. I’ve uninstalled GotSportLive numerous times but to be met with the same issue time and time again.
