Missing purchase

On April 16, 2024 there was a free promotion to unlock lifetime premium access. App was working as expected. But today the app doesn’t know who I am and there’s no restore purchase feature in the app. The “report a problem” feature in the app also does not work so I’m reporting the problem here. There’s nothing listed under my Apple subscriptions and I doubt they ever was despite on boarding through the app and activating the free lifetime access and having used that for rare occasions over several months time. Definitely was not a trial but it was lifetime access unlocked with a very limited time promotion back in April. So how do I restore my access?
Never working but takes my money

I have used this app for maybe about 3 times. Successfully. Each time I go on the app it reads … oppps we are currently performing scheduled maintenance … this often last about 3 weeks. I just want my money back. The debit it monthly. I think they released the app before getting out all the kinks. Good idea but the functionality of this app is really bad

There are zero voices one can use once paid the initial seven something with tax to subscribe. There’s an actual button to attempt cloning your own voice which does not work and will just tell you to try again later over and over unless you want to keep paying immediately after purchase still with no way to try anything out prior in any way whatsoever. Pathetic🙁
