Close and restart the ISS app on iPhone
Update ISS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ISS iPhone app

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ISS app issues:

Force Stop the ISS App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ISS app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ISS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ISS App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ISS app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ISS.

Fix ISS unable to contact server/ ISS internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ISS » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ISS » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ISS on android.
