How to fix Drawww app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drawww app on iPhone
Update Drawww app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drawww iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drawww on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drawww network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Drawww not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Drawww App
1. On android, goto Settings » Drawww » click [Force Stop]

Update Drawww to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drawww App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Drawww » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Drawww.

Fix Drawww unable to contact server/ Drawww internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Drawww » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Drawww » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
