I am unable to sign up. The error says that I am not able to sign up/create an account. Please assist.
I just paid one year for the Generative plan. But how do I log in. I tried first and recieved 6 numbers and logged and in ther A chose the Generative plan. And when I workes on my second video I must pay or continue on the free version. What to do? I have not a password. I thin something's wrong
I had opened an account a year ago and paid the Yearley subscription, and used the system a few times lets say five time in total and never went back, without warning they deducted a yearly subscription again without notifying me at all, then i go and open their web page and want to log into and a note comes up that this subscription has been Deleted. day light robbery they dont have a direct email address or system to place a complaint so no reaction at all............... take this message as a warning to all prospective clients this is a Scam company i have proof of a big sum of money that has been taken out of my account and no way of getting it back or even cancelling the subcrption allowing them to take money again next year but i have notified my back about this frodulant company.......... you are warned stay away not worth it....... there are other companies please try them. just not here disgusting is the only wrord...

Invideo AI has all of a sudden blocking account with Yahoo email. They are trying to force me to use a gmail account which I am not going to. I no longer have access to my subscribed account that I pay good money for every month all because I will not use a gmail account! SCAMMERS!!!

This app at the beginning seemed very cool but when getting in depth it just not developed well enough to do solid work. It doesn’t have the ability to do things like overlay text on the video other than the script it is reading. Also will mispronounce a word and not have the capacity to fix it. The video I just created I paid the subscription and it gives 80 watermark removals per month and I finalized the video and downloaded it and it left a watermark on one of the screens. I just paid $240 for the year and this is what I’m dealing with. When trying to contact support chat my chat timed out on three occasions around a half an hour stating there was no action but it was because they didn’t respond to me not because I didn’t respond. Don’t waste your money.

You’ll save more time and money using chatGPT to make a script and doing it yourself. This is easily the worst AI software I have ever used, across all fields, it can’t even follow orders as simple as making videos longer, no matter how the command should be phrased. I really wish I could get my money back, but I hope I can at least save someone from the same problem. I’m honestly appalled at how you could charge money for this “service” the only thing it did was infuriate me and waste my time and money. I wish you could give negative stars.
