Close and restart the ProFace app on iPhone
Update ProFace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProFace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProFace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProFace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ProFace app issues:

Force Stop the ProFace App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ProFace app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ProFace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProFace App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ProFace app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ProFace.

Fix ProFace unable to contact server/ ProFace internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ProFace » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ProFace » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProFace on android.
