How to fix ProFace app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProFace app on iPhone
Update ProFace app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProFace iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProFace on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProFace network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ProFace Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ProFace not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProFace App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProFace » click [Force Stop]

Update ProFace to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProFace App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProFace » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProFace.

Fix ProFace unable to contact server/ ProFace internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProFace » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProFace » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProFace
