When you call a company to ask for customer service, the app does not allow you to access the keypad so you can never leave the main menu or choose any option to have your call transferred. If you call your bank and they want you to enter your account number or phone number, that's as far as you've gone because you won't be able to do it. And they charge you a high fee for a crappy app.

I am unable to open or send any messages or make calls. The app prompts me to restart and try again. I already paid for the app and am unable to use it. I have restarted my device twice. This needs fixed asap.
