Using the app scrapped my account

Not sure how this has any good reviews, first of all you can’t even use it. I was prompted to join from the browser version with the promise of getting extra gems to my account. I open the app and log in, and not only are there zero gems at all, making it completely unusable, but all my history is gone too. Both in app and in the browser version now. Not just unviewable without the pro version, but gone entirely. It is unusable, and all my pics are just gone forever it seems.
Bought gems but cant use them

Whenever i try to generate something, it gives me an ad that i cannot escape. The X button never works and i have no choice but to close the app, which wastes my gem. Please, i already bought the gem so just make the ads every other prompt or at least let me exit the ad, its not fair. I am using an iphone 15pro, maybe the dimensions arent lined up or something, either that or…….you guys are doing this on purpose and are trying to take our money
Stupid Update

This app is trash. Every time I try to create an image it says “Version Update Required. Please update to the latest version on the app store to continue creating” even though I’m using the latest version. And when I do press “Go to App Store” button, it takes me to their other App “Edit App”. Hence, it’s literally unusable. I hope they fix this.
