Unable to play the game confused

Seems that they only created one server and anyone else who can’t fit in that server just has to be disappointed i guess. Make people pre order and wait for the game and log on the day it comes out to find it unplayable, if you were rushing it why did you drop it like this unprofessional and disappointing that most of us can’t even play the game.
The game is horrible compared to the advertisements that made me pre order

Its nothing like the advertisements where they show you can actually play the character from a 3d perspective. It’s just a turn based game where you don’t even get to pick which move you want the character to use

They have done 2 events for UR rarity characters in which without spending money you can do a maximum of 10 pulls. You don't even get the character from the pulls itself. You have to do 100 pulls (spend money for the other 90) and then you can claim the character for free. It also has the garbage typical cheap gacha vip crap that you can't upgrade for free. You HAVE to spend money to get higher vips. There is a "pity system" when pulling characters (not what you would think) but to claim the free character you again need vip 3. How do you get that? Money. Don't play this game if you don't plan on dropping hundreds of dollars on extremely low quality 3d models (only in the gameplay itself, in the partners tab they're 2d animations).
