Used the app a lot when covid first started. Waging tons of cash. played over 300 games. Avg bet over $100. Everything seemed to be smoothing sailing. I reached the “status” that was considered VIP or whatever the terminology was , which was supposed to include instant customer service and other amenities but it proved that all of that was false! It was easy to upload money but virtually impossible to withdraw money. For awhile you could withdrawal via cash app then all of a sudden it switched to only pay pal, and for some reason those withdrawal requests never went through. Full disclosure my all-time earnings are -1,500 dollars or more lol but I was having fun so I wasn’t even bothered. But now it’s out of hand because I’ve been trying to get my last $500 out of my account for over a year now!! I reached out multiple times but to no avail. Until I emailed threatening with lawyers did they respond , though inadequately... I’ve taken a few months break from breathing down there necks but I just tried to log in and give it another shot and the app won’t even open for me!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! STILL TRUE

I was literally fine with giving this app a chance but after I played two games in a hour I already feel played. The first game I got destroyed in Madden but I’m a man of my word so I quit the game and paid the guy $6. So I decide to try 2k and this scammer with the name TrustTheProcess21 literally got us both disqualified because he gave me a fake a gamertag and he claims he couldn’t find mine. So we sit there for a whole hour with him just calling me names and saying I was scared of to play him when I literally requested to play him in the available matches sections. So at this point I’m already ticked off and done with this app I go to try to get my money back that they had no problem taking just an hour ago and I have to go through all this crap and I still can’t get my back my $13. So everyone take this from as a normal person with a normal life, don’t try to play people for money that you have never met before and probably never will meet. And now I’m even more mad because I’m forced to give them $13 and a star

This app is absolutely horrible it’s a scam and the support system don’t even try texting them they are never going to respond. Another thing when they do respond they are super unprofessional and they really don’t even help at all. I got scammed for a account my brother made for me and they are telling me that I broke the terms. How did I break the terms if that’s my little brother and we are related he basically just made the account for me and played a couple games on my account. But that’s not my point I’m trying to make they banned my account they lied about not having a support number and for all that hard money that I worked for and got all the wins on all that money went down the drain. Apple if you see this I want my money back that I earned and they never paid me for that money that is still just sitting on my account right now as we speak.
