Upgrades are too expensive

I’m on New York and I need to upgrade. The problem is that the levels don’t provide enough income to upgrade. Yes, I can watch ads to earn 500 coins - this is after watching an add after every level - but I need 10,000 coins for the first upgrade. And there 20 or so things to be upgraded. Or I can real money for the upgrade. I don’t watching the ads at every level but having to do that AND watch ads to upgrade is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!!!
Also, upon reading the reviews it’s a bit hilarious that the only review the devs have responded to are the ones giving it five stars. It might be at best 2 stars for some but for me it’s a one. Will probably delete.

I loved playing the game because it gave you the option of choosing to watch a video for a random booster prior to starting the level- they removed that option. Furthermore, they allowed you to watch a video for reasonable extra time that allowed you to finish the level. Now they only give you 12 seconds that doesn’t even allow you to attend a customer fully before you run out of time; without taking into consideration that the customers take a long time leaving before you get the next customer. I spent significant amount of time playing, not anymore!!!!
