There is a glitch please fix it. Every time a battle it kicks me off the game!

After hour 2, the game becomes basically unplayable without paying to speed up wait times. It takes so long to literally do ANYTHING that nothing even seems WORTH doing. Even by low, “freemium” standards this one is bad. It’s sad, this game had potential. As a history teacher I had even thought about using it in my class somehow. Now? Deleted.

Ima keep it real and a huncho. The game WAS fun playing until I found out it’s literally a copy of another game.. come on now. Y’all couldn’t make a whole new game with a different aspect? I guess not. Anyways, the game is p2w, don’t tell people “it speeds up gameplay” your basically saying it’s p2w lol please be smart. I love the ideas, but I hate the effort. Y’all could have done so much more or went a different route with this game because overall, I see its potential. BUT it’s a copy so I wouldn’t dare spend any money on this game even if it was $5 lol idc how rich i am.

Do better, make a game that isn’t just a copy. People love city builders/simulations. If your broke stop making games and go get a good paying job. Make games people want to play, not because your money hungry. Don’t mess up your reputation, ya’ll make good games okay? Let’s keep it that way. Respectfully.

Other than that, the game is cool or whatever to pass time. If y’all put effort in it and didn’t just make a ROC 2.0, I would’ve spent at least a band no cap. Please use your talents and skills on something that is actually worth our time. I will continue to play this game in hopes to see future improvements.

This game skin is always pay to win, but you have turned it up. Free to play cannot compete and should move on. You cannot attack players to farm resources, you cannot convert hero draws that aren’t useful and game only rewards inactivity with boosted draws. The grind doesn’t get you anywhere near the dev controlled purpose built chase pack that you hope ptw players will chase with their wallet. I suppose the dev controlled/manipulated player base, fake hype and heavy ptw nature of these games is everything that is wrong with micro transaction games these days. Someone should regulate these gambly-phishy smoke and mirrors type games.

Game was fun. It felt mostly fair and exciting. A little frustrated that iOS started later but that’s okay. But then they released a patch that made things more expensive that use to be cheaper that other players could of already bought. Like land expansions. If devs don’t bring prices back down I’ll be quiting in exactly 16 days. There is already way to many pay to win elements. Games are better when there is only one or two. But this would spreads them far and wide. Game is super fun. So worth stomaching if they bring prices back to original price and never do it again.

It’s actually a very bad game. Super lazy development with no value to the player. All these gacha games are p2w, that’s not the issue. The issue is that the game is lacking features and innovation. Think clash of clans, which has live replay of battles, seamless mechanics and is well made. NOT this, they bring nothing to the table and take all your bread, stay away and play better games like Awg of Empires which is about to to come out :)

Started playing and swore I had already seen this!!! And yep I have!!!! It’s the exact same game as Rise of Cultures!!!! Even the same graphics just look at the art people!!!!

So far, the game looks a heckuva a lot like Rise of Cultures. You didn’t really need to make a duplicate of a game you’ve already made.

I re-registered this because the ads said it was about historical figures traveling through time in order to protect history, it never said anything about civilization building. That’s so not call, to change everything last minute like that, I’d sue you for false advertisement if I could.

I’m beyond disappointed in this game. First of all, it looks almost exactly the same as their Rise of Culture game, except it’s more focused on battles. Ok and ? Couldn’t Innogames have simply made a new update to ROC? It was completely unnecessary to create a new game with the exact same graphics, sound effects etc!!

It is way more pay to win than ROC even! I don’t see this game lasting beyond a year! Seriously, this is not worth even a minute put into this dumpster fire. Disappointing and insulting to those of us who put money into ROC. I lost all respect for Innogames and will delete this horrible game off of my iPad Air!

This game lacks any originality & fails to deliver anything new. Just another cashgrab. Truly pathetic.

This game is just a straight up knockoff of Forge of Empires, complete waste of time.

This game takes pay to win to raid of shadow legends levels, but this game appear more more greedy compared to that game as it gives free 5 stars and pity is lower than this game. Guess this game goes on a list for p2w list and f2p don’t bother. Game maybe last a year minimum. Having a hard time seeing this game last long how it is now. A lot of things feel over priced compared to most other gacha games. Even with the game coming out, feels bad when you really don’t have good starting rewards like other gacha games give a free ssr or 5 star character in first pull or give a unlimited pull until you get what you want to start. This game 5 star rates appear to be .5% for 5 star. If you manage to get gold pull then it’s just 4/5 and still a high chance to get 4 unless you pity which I don’t know how often you get shards to craft one. Game feels a lacking in quality compared to other games.

Going on 4 years now, I’ve been playing ROC since Age of Franks was the farthest you could get and the world wonders were a part of you city. After all of the developments and changes to that game, I think it’s safe to say that ROC has lost its charm and I was excited when this game was announced because I think Innogames make good quality games. However, I was wrong and this game is very disappointing. The entire game is a carbon copy of ROC and introduces a small number of changes. Everything from the map layout, music, visuals, and even gameplay is literally pulled straight from ROC. This game follows the path that the sellout coockie cutters games take to try and pull in more numbers. Overall, the game looks and plays great. It’s just not innovative and diminishes the memories I made playing ROC.

Graphics and story is great. Played for a few days and all went well. Then I got stuck - and can’t move forward since my hero’s are not power enough to do so. Only way I can see at this point in the game is to PAY for the portal, gems, etc. and they seem to have limited how much $ and food you can store. Want to store more? Pay for an upgrade. Want to progress in the game? Pay for a subscription for extra productions. Pay pay pay. I’ve played Rise of Culture for a long time and get to the end and wait out the new lands, and I’ve paid for extra gems (more than just paying for a game I might add) but this game seems too interested in getting your money. Also, it’s quite complicated without any explanations. Fight segments are confusing - like points are lower but win? No tutorials. And the Egypt side game ended and it totally went away?!? That felt like I wasted hours for nothing. I really want to like this game.

My heroes struggle with campaign but I can’t level them because they’re capped and the place to get materials to increase the cap is slow and tedious. I can’t sweep the stages because I don’t have enough heroes and am not strong enough. Annoying. Drop rates for higher star heroes are really, really low, and a guaranteed 5* every 200 summons is shocking. Gems are not easy to obtain for free either. On base building, prepare to be extremely limited in space without paying. I am deleting because the clear gap between p2w and f2p makes this unfun.

The gameplay is actually quite fun, and even though they borrowed most of the ideas from one of their other games it is still fairly well fleshed out. However, the drops rates for the better heroes is abysmal, and the RNG seems to be designed to be as irritating as possible. So in the end it ends but being frustrating instead of fun; really too bad.

So the game could be good if it wasn't just another pay pay pay. Just listen to the other reviews and don't waste your time or money. They don't give you enough ways to get characters or upgrade them to actually progress without spending money, a lot of money.

I expect this game to be p2w compared to rise of cultures. But this is too much. I spent about 500 bucks on rise of cultures as I think the game is fun to play and isn’t that much predatory. But this game is completely different. All the bonus in previous games are nerfed. I believe this game will monetize based on a few whales. And good luck with that, cause I don’t believe this game will run for long.

The rates are abysmal and the pull currency is low from the start. Also no benefit to pulling in groups of 10, not even a guaranteed 4 star or anything.

Currently, unplayable. A battle based game which crashes 80% of the time u fight.
Support aware of bug but not yet fixed.

I was working on Egypt and now it's completely disappeared. How to actually level up heroes is not very well explained. There are battles I can't win because my heroes aren't leveled up enough. I love this game, but it's a bit confusing about what to do, how to do it, and what is needed and how to get what is needed. Could be 5 stars if fixed.

I love the game and play everyday but it has lots of bug on ios! I play on iphone 14 pro max Game crash all the time and also resolution problem the screen doesn’t fit and since i have been mobile gamer for a long time i know about price of items in general but everything in this game is soooooo expensive! I spend in all the game i play but the content here is either don’t worth the price or it is expensive that u prefer to struggle more instead of pay for the item.

I previously left a 5 stars review but shortly after i got stuck. Great graphics and story, hut i cant beat anything unless your troops are updated constantly. Too much of a time consuming game. Honestly, who likes to sit and wait hours for things to upgrade? At this point im bored and im gonna have to delete the game.

So far, I’m enjoying the game but after a few hours, I feel like I’ve hit a pay wall. I don’t have enough resources to complete anything and it’s gonna take several hours before I will have enough. I play a lot of gatcha style games and generally enjoy most of them however, this one seems much different as it appears to be very difficult to earn currency and obtain new heroes.

First of all, the art work is amazing! Watching my village function is really cool. The workers and detail are amazing. Gameplay has potential too.
Negatives- You are constantly squeezed for space…want more? Buy it. You quickly realize you’re still squeezed…buy more.
want to level your heroes? You have to grind aspects during these long boring auto battles for 3 minutes each. You do nothing but watch….10 battles is a large chunk of your day. Want to speed it up? Buy speed up tickets…
Lots of other expensive passes, subscriptions and offers are available but none of this is forced on you, and no forced ads.
Bottom line, 4 days in I hit Delete. Life is too short to waste so much time on pointless battles

This has been one of the better games I’ve played lately but it crashes all the time. Usually during a battle that I’ve spent energy on so it’s frustrating. I can’t even play in the treasure hunt it is unplayable at the crash rate

I have faith in the developers, but too many crashes these first couple days. On the lookout for patch fixes soon. Fun as f2p, but I fear with all the monetization this will fail unless they can keep it balanced long term.

Keeps crashing and restarting HeroesofHistory on me at different times usually after going and loading to another scene

Great game

You can definitely play this game and enjoy , weekend events really helps you to grow up faster, definitely enjoyable. Probably best game so far past 4-5 year gaming experience!!!

Heroes of history is a very addicting games and very fun I give it 5 stars

I have been seeing a lot of people saying this a ROC clone which it is but they may not know that this is made by the same creators. Oh and keep it up devs.

Traveling back in time

At first it seems exactly like rise of cultures But after playing for a week or so I now see that yes there are some similarities but there is enough that’s new and different to make it worth your time.

This game is beyond fun. The characters make it super fun to play seeing all the different icons.

I love this game. I just wish it had a few more ways to get the resources needed to level up your heroes. Because right now you only get a little bit and it burns through so much energy trying to get it. And also there’s a bug when you try to login some times there’s a pop up that says connection is to slow and it won’t let you play. Other than that great game. Love all the heroes the events are awesome.

I pre downloaded this as soon as it became available. I love it! Please make Davy Crockett a hero!

Played the first version, the improvements are much better and have me playing again.

Still needs more to do, specifically with your alliance (other than just the treasure hunt).

Overall much better, just needs additional content.

Farming game. No need to pay you'll get everything by playing. The major issue comes from crashes and the very badly designed arena where lads with 5 times your strength are all you can fight. Also, it seems like they stop developing their story and rewards past a point.
