Where did the daily icon go? After update it is gone??

What is up with the word search ads. They do not clear even after 5 minutes. They just wont clear. I continually have to restart my phone . It’s very frustrating and annoying.

You made it worse. When new shuffle were dependent on ads it would work rarely. Now it doesn’t work ever. It blinks and then returns without shuffle credits and the isn’t shuffled so there are no moves. Please check your changes by playing the game.

I am not getting symbols,,I am only getting twos and fours,,I don't get eights at all. I get jams at the end of some games,,if I need a shuffle at the end of a game it sometimes takes 3/4 shuffles or it just doesn't change it stays waiting for another shuffle but doesn't change. It's a shame cos I was really enjoying playing. I have now left the app until I hear from U. Kind regards. Harry.

I was leading 1803 yesterday, but I could not correct a situation and continue. Now I have been surpassed by 2 other people. I have made many attempts to make needed changes all in vain!!! Please let me know what is wrong! Have I been hacked! If so, how can I get back on track???

I love this game, but I am 81 years old, have dementia, a stroke & bladder cancer. Fortunately, I have around 20 compleated wins. I am having a very difficult time on a specific game and have started from the beginning several times. I am about to give up permanently. I would really enjoy communicating with someone in order to make some extremely worthwhile improvements. Thank you!!!

You guys are scammers, pure and simple! Your ads freeze the game, and I have to always go out, reboot, to get to the next level. I started noticing my “shuffle” count going down fast. I found that after I win complete the 10 games fir the next 10….I DON’T GET CREDIT!! Go soak your heads. I’m out cheaters.

I have been playing your Vita Mahjong game for some time now and quite some time ago I ended up getting this same Tim Horton’s add for winning a gift certificate but all it is is a way of getting you to join some group with them - anyway, I quite playing for a time because this came up again and again - there is no way to unsubscribe or to get out of their window !! It keeps taking you to this survey even though I said “NO” to their first question about did I like Tim Hortons - I said No there it asks what you will do with their coupon of $75 and I had to either keep it or give to a friend….I DO NOT WANT IT - Can you not stop company’s from creating these awful situations ? Please can you stop this.. S. Sinclair

A Candy Crush ad appears during the middle of the game without requesting it and then the screen goes black, causing exiting the game in order to get back to Maj jong. I took a screen shot in case you need it.

Advertised as “no commercials” but I have to wait over 2 mins, clicking “close” or “done” several times to move to the next level.

I would just like to say that I wish you could do something about cutting down on the ads on your game. It gets ridiculous. You'll get an ad before a game, you'll get an ad in between games, you'll get an ad when you've already started playing a game. And a lot of times when the ads pop up it'll automatically go to Google Play which happens all the time. I really enjoy playing the game and I play it a lot so I'm hoping that you can make some changes with these ads. Thank you

There is currently an ad on vita mahjong that is darn near porn. This is a game for all ages and my grandson plays it often. It is my opinion that this add needs to be blocked from the game. Beauty Solitare Card Game
