Purchased their weekly trial it was $8.99 and extremely unclear on what you get after setting up my account I only uploaded 4 photos. I tried 3 different themes then ran out of credits. Since I didn’t like the photos that were create. I needed up buying 2000 coins (huge mistake). Since I originally uploaded 4 photos I wanted to add more but that wasn’t an option. I didn’t realize that once I create an account I can no longer upload more photos without being charged an additional 8.99. Overall a very horrible experience and very fishy process.

I wish I would’ve read reviews. I paid for the 1 week plan which has very few credits. It was only enough for 2 videos. It’s a scam! Even with a subscription, you have to pay more for credits.

Generated images looks NOTHING like the photos uploaded for reference. Is a completely different person and videos keep glitching. Not worth 8$

After paying for the subscription you only get credits to do 2 photos then you will need to buy more and more credits… 👎

I was ok with a subscription fee until I found that on top of that I have to buy credits to do anything. No thank you. One or the other. No double gouging. Deleted!

After agreeing that pay the fee I was only allowed to create two AI videos and then it wanted me to pay more money to do more. Cancelled immediately. Total rip off

You think paying $8 a weekly means unlimited use but no you have to buy credits and it’s ridiculous to pay for.

ImaginAI doesn’t even use the face of the person you submit, totally changes to a different face. What’s the point????? Don’t buy if you want the face to match!!!

As usual Chinese finest scam not even working, after scamming me with purchase that only gives 600 credits, it says video creates within 3-6 minutes, an hour later, still nothing

I don’t know why these creators think the only thing we want to do is create snow bunnies and that’s all. I foolishly subscribed to this thinking it was like the older flexible version. Now I wasted my money for a year for it to gather cobwebs.

After you purchase the pro subscription it appears like usual you would get unlimited use but no.. that only covered 600 credits which will only do 2 photos and then you have to purchase more credits on top of your subscription it’s very misleading to say the least you have to purchase a subscription for 8$ a week in order to buy credits it’s a joke them 600 credits that came with the subscription made one video 5 seconds long and the other one was 4 seconds long don’t waste your money

They charge you $6.99 for app plus tax and you get 600 credits enough for two videos that’s so lame and ridiculous and they should state that rip off! Why did I pay $7 something for app if I gotta buy credits too! Scam!

No thanks. Don’t ask me for money before i can even see what ImaginAI can do. At least offer a few free Ai demos so i can see what ImaginAI can do before you charge me. Not sure how ImaginAI rating is so high, must be a bunch fakes. Deleted

I bought this for a week $8 and it just downloads for hours won’t make the video I loaded just spins in down load mode. I reset ImaginAI still nothing. Got for $8 but that’s it. Learned my lesson I’ll wait another year or two for a better app

Worst app ever! They didn’t even remotely try to make it look like the photo I provided. Completely different person, different clothes. Tried again. Same thing. Plus, you pay the SUBCRIPTION fee then pay per video you create with “coins” you have to purchase.
BIGGEST SCAM ON ImaginAI STORE. Save yourself the money and frustration. There are better apps out there

After you pay have 600 credits you can choose supposedly wherever you want but they make what they want I pay for a video tiny dancer and they make me a picture 😏but they took your credits
I want a background red and they make me a white one horrible if you want to restore you have to pay again

They make you think that after purchasing a subscription you’ll get unlimited use. What you get is 600 credits for 2 uploads. No information on anything. Nothing to say if you get anymore credits with your subscription but looks like you’ll have to purchase credits on top of it. Not worth it and very misleading. No account, no customer support or service. Not worth 1 star.

Trying to figure out what I get with the plan I signed up for. No help. FAQ section is less than helpful. No clear explanation of credit delivery or when they refresh if ever or if you sign up just so you can purchase more credits through the in house shop. I tried messaging them through ImaginAI . No response. So this will just remain until I get any answers because at this time it is a very bad and unclear layout in terms of what I’m spending my money on.

I signed up for $7.99 A WEEK! After making two videos it wanted me to buy credits. So at $32 a month you can only make 8 videos. That’s ridiculous. It’s too bad because the two. Ideas I did get to make were super fun
