Hello, I purchased the subscription for 7.99 per week, got 1 single video made. (Very disappointing), I tried to do another one and it said but more credits. So I spend another 7.99 for 700 credits and never received my 700 credits...still says 200 available. I spent almost 16.00vfor 1 crappy video. I need it fixed it a refund plz. Thank you

Purchased their weekly trial it was $8.99 and extremely unclear on what you get after setting up my account I only uploaded 4 photos. I tried 3 different themes then ran out of credits. Since I didn’t like the photos that were create. I needed up buying 2000 coins (huge mistake). Since I originally uploaded 4 photos I wanted to add more but that wasn’t an option. I didn’t realize that once I create an account I can no longer upload more photos without being charged an additional 8.99. Overall a very horrible experience and very fishy process.

After you purchase the pro subscription it appears like usual you would get unlimited use but no.. that only covered 600 credits which will only do 2 photos and then you have to purchase more credits on top of your subscription it’s very misleading to say the least you have to purchase a subscription for 8$ a week in order to buy credits it’s a joke them 600 credits that came with the subscription made one video 5 seconds long and the other one was 4 seconds long don’t waste your money
Unclear Plan Structure

Trying to figure out what I get with the plan I signed up for. No help. FAQ section is less than helpful. No clear explanation of credit delivery or when they refresh if ever or if you sign up just so you can purchase more credits through the in house shop. I tried messaging them through the app. No response. So this will just remain until I get any answers because at this time it is a very bad and unclear layout in terms of what I’m spending my money on.
