When I share the two tickets I bought with my friends, I instantly lose access to tickets on my own devices. Unless my friend downloads the webook app, either of us can see the tickets anymore. It is unacceptable that webookcom sacrifices user experience to this extent just so they can get more downloads. webookcom doesn’t care about its users.

If you resell your ticket you won’t get your money back. I have been contacting their support team for the past two weeks and not a single response.
I’m still waiting to get my money back and have no idea where I can raise a complaint.

They don’t refund tickets?

Ive been trying to contact them that I havent gotten my two tickets via email for tonights concert and didnt get any help receiving them

I had to download webookcom to receive tickets for one event that I went to, thinking I would just delete the account after I used it for one singular purpose. In order to delete your account, you have to request it be deleted and someone is supposed to get back to you in 5-7 business days. I have repeatedly requested that my account is deleted for 2 months now and nothing has happened. In a new update, you have to share your location with them before being able to navigate webookcom — big red flag to me…anyway, would love to be done with webookcom forever & have them finally delete my account!

Be aware of webookcom! Usually used for event’s tickets. I paid for the tickets and received nothing + they have no support to contact them.
Don’t use webookcom !!!

I have withdrawn the balance from webookcom and have not received anything. It's been 20 days and I haven't heard anything nor heard back from them

I asked for refund and I will complete now 10 days with out even answer from them.

In a nutshell, everything about webookcom is great except the fact that it doesn’t support sound through airpods (only phone speakers).
