Your customer service provider is so poor. Looks like the updated version is not on App Store , why can’t you inform iPhone users . My account have been freezed. I provided all information and yet still freezed. Provide a solution and release our funds OPay . This is scam
Frozen account

I upgraded my account to merchant and I wasn’t using it, only to open the app and see if was frozen
And now I don’t want merchant again, I want it downgraded and freeze my account
For more than 24 hours now, no solution, have called your customer care and have created disputes, it’s just pending
I will really say your customer service is really poor and frustrating. Please I want my account downgraded so I can access my funds, not interested in any merchant again
