Missing rewards, no reply

Missing their pre register rewards (Dumbledore skin). Several people have asked about it on their FB with no reply. Looks like a very low supported game.

I read the critical reviews first before I downloaded the game, then I checked the privacy settings to see if it was anything unusual. Everything looked OK, so I downloaded it. Initial complaints were after level 3, it was impossible to progress ... I reran level 3 about 5-6 more times until I was able to beat level 4 on one star. That unlocked new features (great!) ... but that's where the fun stopped.
I noticed one of the daily quests was to share the game. Out of curiosity, I clicked it ... WITHOUT PROMPTING ME, IT WAS ALREADY LOGGED INTO MY FACEBOOK *WITHOUT PERMISSION* and was ready to post. Whoa whoa whoa!!!!!!!!!! I never would have even downloaded the game with this type of privacy invasion!!!! Secondly, when I went to delete my account, it literally would not let me. I clicked delete and confirm over 20+ times with no avail.
Immediate deletion for my privacy!

I’ve been playing for a few weeks. I don’t do p2w games. Either you pay to get better or the progression in the game is super slow. These levels get harder by a long shot. It takes a couple days of none stop grinding to pass one level. After a while of losing, it makes me want to delete the game itself. If you wanted more player to play and progress, why not have everything else unlocked after level ten/10?
Having everything unlock after level 20, sure it makes players want to get there, but I would guarantee no one wants to spend $20 just to get half of the rewards what they could get from other games. I hope this game makes a few changes, though I doubt it. Seems like the devs are money hungry and don’t really care about the players themselves.
