Missing rewards, no reply

Missing their pre register rewards (Dumbledore skin). Several people have asked about it on their FB with no reply. Looks like a very low supported game.
Random account termination without support

This game seems really fun at first for a free-to-play so I was really hopeful. Unfortunately turns out they’ll just randomly bam your account one day with no explanation. So instead you have to reach out to them which they’ll take a couple days to answer only for them to still not tell you why, but they will insist that you somehow find the time to get ahold of them during working hours (if you’re EST that’s roughly 11pm to 7am), wait for them to respond, then be able to dedicate the next hour of your life recording yourself playing an arbitrary level to flawlessly complete it with the gear you had when you were banned in 3 tries. They won’t tell you why you need to do this, or what happens to your account if you fail btw. Like I said it seems really good at first if a little buggy (and the ai can be frustrating at times but what ai can’t) so it’s really a shame that whoever interacts with users and flags whatever got flagged for this to happen cares so little about the game…
