I am unable again and still to collect my bonus money on magic puzzle. Down to today to collect. Have to go to other zimad site to complain. This continues to happen. Can’t even get into work on my puzzle. Please explain. Yes, I have completed the task. 30 days to collect. Down to one day to bonus. Next day try to collect and it locked up. A few days later, it unlocks and goes back to 30 to bonus. I did not receive prior bonus due to no fault of my own. Please give me my bonus on Magic Puzzle. Please advise. No response on Magic Puzzle page.

So, this app is VERY similar to a pixel color-by-number app I used to use (probably same or similar developer). In this case, the pictures are cute, but the colors aren’t varied enough to be pretty/artistic/satisfying at the end (the pixel one did NOT have this problem. Biggest problem for me, though, is the amount of ads you’re expected to sit through. I understand these apps aren’t free—but why do I have to watch a video between each color (on average) on pictures that have 8-10 colors (again, on average). Use banner ads, buddies. I used to LOVE apps like these, but the ad saturation is AWFUL.

This app is a lot of fun. Lots of pics, daily quests and a daily gift box. They have a daily pic but that suddenly stopped in July. There hasn’t been a marathon for almost a month. I have a picture that says I’ve completed it but it’s stuck at 98%. I’ve contacted support about it twice but it hasn’t been fixed and it’s been almost 2 months now. Whenever an app stops holding events and stops adding new content usually means the app is going to be discontinued. My own lack of help from the support team doesn’t help either. I’m hoping the developers are just on vacation and we’ll start getting our marathons and daily pics back soon.
