How to fix Skeets app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Skeets app on iPhone
Update Skeets app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Skeets iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Skeets on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Skeets network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Skeets not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Skeets app issues:

Force Stop the Skeets App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Skeets app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Skeets to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Skeets App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Skeets app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Skeets.

Fix Skeets unable to contact server/ Skeets internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Skeets » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Skeets » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Skeets on android.
