Close and restart the onX Fish app on iPhone
Update onX Fish app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall onX Fish iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix onX Fish on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve onX Fish network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

onX Fish Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix onX Fish not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the onX Fish App
1. On android, goto Settings » onX Fish » click [Force Stop]

Update onX Fish to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear onX Fish App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » onX Fish » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart onX Fish.

Fix onX Fish unable to contact server/ onX Fish internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click onX Fish » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto onX Fish » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
