I signed up and paid for my first year. I cannot get into the app to use it. I cannot get ahold of anyone to get things going. I cannot sign in. I am totally confused. Never had trouble like this before

I wish this app lived up to the ONX name. The topographical maps for the lakes I fish are missing major fishing drop offs, islands, sunken islands, etc. the ones it does have, are not in the right location. The bones for the app are there but it needs some serious help.
