Mobile Tickets delivery option grayed out with no explanation
I just want mobile tickets. This app is a massive pain to setup. Have to link IMS account to the app account. The website advertises the app to have a better experience. The app shows the same ad for itself. And when I get to checking out the mobile tickets option is grayed out with no explanation. Can only pay to have tickets mailed or pay to pick them up. Users want an app to handle mobile tickets. Whatever IMS paid for this app experience was too much.

Pitiful experience
Confusing and frustrating ticket purchase experience to say the least. Bought tickets online. Just want to add them to my digital wallet. Site doesn’t enable that and I have download the IMS app to access them, but I need to set up yet another account for the app? Still trying to figure it out….

Can’t access tickets/ doesn’t link with account
Followed all the instructions to be able to access the tickets on the app and still doesn’t work. Doesn’t recognize the account or email. App is useless to me. Zero utility. Just wasted an hour of my time messing with it.
